Monday August 8: High School Golf first practice 4:30-6 at the golf course
Thursday August 11: Sports physicals at the High School from 1:00-4:00 pm. High school volleyball and football parent meetings to follow at 4:00 pm. Those athletes needing physicals will need to have parents completely fill out physical form or accompany the athlete to the physical to fill out the form to complete the physical.
Monday August 15: First High School Volleyball practices 6:30-8:00 am.
First High School Football practice 4:00-8:00 pm. Middle school football players are invited to attend to begin workouts for their season. MS athletes will not take part in contact drills.
All athletes must have a physical before they are allowed to participate in practices.

The time has come to start gathering those school supplies. Here are the lists for the Elementary and Middle school.



Wyoming Child and Family Developmental (WCFD)/ Lusk Center will conduct a developmental screening for children 0-5 years old. The test is designed to determine the developmental readiness of preschool children and help parents/guardians assess their child’s developmental needs prior to entering school. Parents/guardians will need to contact WCFD/Lusk Center to set up an appointment. From there, families will need to bring their child to the Fairgrounds Auditorium, located at 4080 US-20, on 8/17 between 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. If you have any further questions or to set up an appointment, please call WCFD/Lusk Center at 334-2252.

The last couple days included the zoo, old town and awards. All of the students placed at nationals! Melody placed in the top 10 at Nationals in her event, which is a huge accomplishment! I am super proud of these students for all that they accomplished and impressed at how they handled themselves this entire trip! Way to go NCHS FCCLA!!
